Returns

we offer a 30 day return on all products purchased on our website. Should you wish to return your order to us, please email us at info@nextdealshop.com and our Customer Service Team will help you within 24 hours. 

• Return postage will be at your own cost.
• All returned products must be unmarked and undamaged in the original packaging with order details included.
• We are unable to exchange items.
• Please ensure you retain the proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
• Products purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set and not individual items.
• We aim to process the refund within 14 days of receipt back to our warehouse.
