How to Use:

1. To turn on, hold down On/Off button until red light flashes
2. To turn off, hold down On/Off button until green light flashes
3. To pair, make sure light is fully charged first; on the remote control, press and hold Left button, press Right button 3 times, press Right button for the 4th time and hold it until a purple light appears on the belt, which indicates a successful pairing
4. To charge, turn belt on and connect it to the provided USB cable; a red light will come on when charging, and when fully charged, a green light will appear

Note: When turned off, it cannot be charged

Lift your arm so that your upper arm is in a horizontal position and circle around the thickest part of your upper arm with a measuring tape
