Exchange Policy

We would accept exchanges if you notified us via email at within 60 days after your package had been delivered (according to the tracking information provided).
If 60 days had gone by after your package was delivered, unfortunately, we would not be able to offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.

What CANNOT be exchanged:

  • Seasonal goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Health and personal care items
