How do I know that my order has been dispatched?
You can confirm your order has been dispatched by logging in and tracking your order on your Account Page.You will find the tracking information for your order under “Order History.”
If you haven’t created an account and would like to track your order, you can easily do so by clicking the link in your confirmation email.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process and dispatch most of our orders within 24 hours. Shipping time is around 10-15 working days for standard shipping. However, on rare occasions, your package may be delayed for circumstances beyond our control such as holidays and customs inspections.
Please note that this is an estimated shipping time and it may take longer or shorter for different destinations. This is the best estimate time frame for when you can expect to receive your order.

Will customs charge me to import my goods?
Individual rules apply to every country and so we strongly recommend checking whether your local customs will charge you tax or customs fees. These will be collected upon the delivery of your package.
What to check when your order has arrived?
We work with trusted couriers to ensure your order gets to you in perfect condition. However, please make sure to carefully inspect the packaging and product. If you do notice any damage, please take pictures where necessary and notify us within 48 hours.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If you haven’t received your order or your order is displaying as “delivered” but has not arrived yet, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate for you.
